Our smallest landleveler (larger sizes, varying styles available). Originally cusotm-built for the Stuttgart, Arkansas, Softball Association. Charles Freemyer and Charlie Cunningham, Asssociation officers, say that this unit has solved their playing-surface problems.
- The front "V" blade splits hard ridges, adn the rear blade filters dirt into lows.
- Using the third arm to level the leveler, the cut dirt can be reworked with the blades and brushes.
- Going in a circular pattern, the brushes extend past the leveler and provide a professional finish, with a smooth surface of loose dirt and a firm under-surface for traction.

Leveler moldboards, levee squeezer blades, combine headers, etc. can be protected by the addition of polysheeting/polyplating, cut to fit and bolted on. This plastic sheet is inexpensive and greatly increases the life of equipment moldboards. The plating allows dirt and trash to move down the moldboards with less drag, which means easier pulling and less wear and tear on equipment. Headers are protected from wear. In the case of landlevelers, depending on the type of soil, farmers are getting into the fields 1 1/2 to 3 days earlier. Another benefit is that it eliminates winter maintenance of having to paint moldboards.
The plating comes in various thicknesses; some color options are available. Give us your blade dimensions and we will cut and ship your polysheeting, for you to bolt onto your equipment. A cost-effective and money-saving addition to any product with blades or headers.
